9 AM Shopping Report
Kroger was packed. The milk was dwindling. The checkout lines were backed up into the freezer section. All available help was called to the front. That was just at 9 AM this morning. We're predicted to get between 1/2" and 1" of ice in our area tonight and tomorrow. If you have time, run out to the grocery before the afternoon rush hits. You'd think we were going to get trapped for a week whenever they call for snow around here. :)

I went last night after church and it wasn't too bad yet. Hopefully we'll have enough to get us until the next outing, thought I have a few items on my list to get this afternoon when I run out. I read a total of 1/2 to 2" on mycast's latest. Two waves...ugh! Snow--yes...ice? No.
yeah, snow's great. It's pretty and you can at least play in it. Ice is just annoying and dangerous, though it can look pretty on the trees..unless it breaks the trees and power lines...then not so much :)
