Tuesday's Terrific Food

I froze the leftovers after I made this last time and it reheated well. If you like pork barbeque, you'll love this. I got the idea from my sis-in-law, who makes it quite often when we come visit and it tastes so good when you've traveled all day :)

Crock Pot Pork Barbeque
1-2 pounds pork loin (maybe more if you have a BIG crockpot)
Water
Salt
Pepper
Your favorite barbeque sauce
Ketchup
Put pork in crock pot. Add enough water to almost cover it or cover just slightly. Cook all day on low (8-10 hours). Remove from liquid in crock pot (it'll be falling apart). Shred up, adding some of the cooking liquid back as needed to moisten it up. Season well with salt and pepper. Mix in barbeque sauce and some kethup to taste. Serve on good buns with baked potatoes and even some baked beans if you have them. Mmmmm! Freeze leftovers.
