Back but taking the day off

We got back last night from Ohio and picked up the girls from my in-laws in Elizabethtown. Today, my throat hurts and I feel slightly feverish and just blah. I decided, even though I have piles of stuff that needs doing, that I'm giving myself the day off, apart from basic childcare. I just needed to give me that grace today. Piles of chores stress me out, but when I'm under the weather, sometimes I just need a break. The piles will still be here tomorrow.
